SaberHacer.com Selects Latin3 as Digital Strategy Partner


Partnership to Build Nation’s First Video-Based Hispanic Integrated Content Website

Latin3, the leading digital marketing services firm catering to US Hispanics and Latinos in Latin America, today announced that the recent unveiling of Saberhacer.com, the nation’s first bilingual/bicultural video on-demand web destination, has proven to be a huge success both in the eyes of Hispanic opinion leaders as well as Hispanic Internet users. Saber Hacer (which equates to “know-how” in Spanish) targets the Latino community and provides high-quality, expert-driven “edu-tainment” videos on a range of topics relevant to Latinos in both English and Spanish including, but not limited to: US Citizenship, Personal Finance and College Education.

In late 2007, Latin3 was chosen by Michele Ruiz, an Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist and founder of SaberHacer.com, to “bring to life Michele’s entrepreneurial dream of creating a web-based content platform, created by Latinos for Latinos, which offers solutions to what they want to know about, and anything they want to learn in order to reach their goals and bring family success and well-being.” Latin3 accepted the challenge with joy and embraced the project immediately. “Michele was onto something big. Perel is referring to current eMarketer, Yankelovich and comScore research, which suggests that during 2008, more than 20 million US Hispanics will be Internet Users, and expected to grow to 25 million by 2011. This means that roughly 1 out of every 2 Hispanics is online. Further, the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communications and DNS have published a study which establishes a clear US Hispanic over index (vs. General Market) in online activities such as “research”, “watching videos” and “learning”.
